Karnak 1
Karnak 1 This is my interpretation of the area of the ruins called 'The Great Hall of Karnak'. The scale of the ruins and the feeling of 'what must have been' are the two key thoughts that I had while painting this image.

Pilgrimage 1 – Temple This painting is meant to be heard and smelled. We see the hikers trekking to Lhasa over the mountain stream whose origins are at the destination they seek. It is ever finishing its journey down as it calls to the pilgrims of all time to proceed up.
